He assists clients in the preparation of their income tax returns and handles income tax assessments. He oversees audits of major corporate and non corporate clients in diverse industries. He further advises overseas clients on various issues relating to Foreign Exchange Management Act and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements. He has vast exposure to the Indian and International Accounting Standards.Being located in Bangalore, he has specialized in providing professional services to clients in the banking, healthcare, software and other information technology industries. Under his guidance, the Bangalore office provides value added financial services such as the processing of accounts, payroll, analysis of financial data and generating management information system reports.
